Day Rental


The main floor common area of The Vintage Inn Bed & Breakfast is available for day rentals.  Our common area is the perfect meeting space for your book club, bridal shower, or meeting.  When you rent the common area you have access to the living room, dining room, powder room, and kitchen.  Events booked on weekends must be held between the hours of 11am and 4pm unless the party booking the event has also reserved the entire Inn for that evening.

Fees start at $35.00 for the first two hours, plus $17.00/hour for each additional hour. 

Groups are responsible for cleaning up the common area after use and returning it to its original state.
  Any damage will be billed the cost of repair or replacement of the item(s) damaged.  Extra cleaning needed to bring the space to the state it was in when the group arrived will be billed at $20.00/hour.
